Today we are going to talk about the youngest poet of Jharkhand. Fatima Zohra studies in DAV public, Hazaribag and she is just 15 years old; studies in class 10th and featuring in one of the anthologies by PepperScript. Her poem "Unrequited Love" has found a place in the anthology 'Unloved' which features some of the renowned authors across the globe like Garima M. Ghosh, Gyanesh Sahu , Shweta Singh ,Ishan Ganguly, Ndaba Sibanda and many more.
Born and brought up in Hazaribag, Fatima was inclined towards writing when she first came in the atmosphere of literary events in class four. Since then, she kept reading novels,short stories, poem and started taking part in various literary events in her school and most of all started winning prizes at every occasion.
DAV public school has already produced some world class poets and novelist who are in best seller's list. To take few names Mihir Vatsa, Kajol Aikat, Kanishq Banka, they all are young and have motivated their students to come up with poetry and short stories at large. On 19th of September, 2018, the Department of English (VBU HAzaribag) is organising Author's Conclave from Jharkhand and Fatima is going to be the part this conclave as the youngest author from Jharkhand. This conclave features some wonderful authors from Jharkhand like Varsha Singh Mihir Vatsa, Kajol Aikat, Nilima Sinha, Bulu Imam Subhashis Das and Fatima Zohra (only 15 years old) along with many other authors.
