I R F A N - M A L L I K (Mr.Gurgaon, Mr.Haryana, Mr.Delhi, and now Mr. India)
Irfan Mallik is born and brought up in Hazaribag and like every young kid, he too got fascinated by the 'O O jane jana' song in which Salman Khan revealed his six packs and beautiful body. Many youngsters joined a gym and started hitting dumbbells and barbells, Irfan too joined the league. Most of them left their passion, but Irfan (generally called by nickname "BHola') by his family members kept on striving and today has almost achieved what he strives for some ten years back. 

After winning Mr.Gurgaon twice in the years 2013 and 2014 in the bodybuilding sports, he remained Mr. Haryana for two years in 2015 and 2017. Finally, in 2018, he is Mr.Delhi and now Mr.India in Body Building.
After completing his initial studies at St.Columba's College, Irfan decided to move to Delhi. Irfan's father always scolded him to leave his passion and try for some job. But Irfan is lucky to have an elder brother and sister Shahnaz Hussain who supported him for his passion and kept on motivating him throughout his endeavor. Although his father never liked his body-building passion it is because of his sister and brother who supported them after he left for Delhi.
IN Delhi, he took admission in theatres but he kept on hitting the gym on regular basis. In Delhi, he had a turnaround in his career after he got a coach (whom he calls his 'Guru'). His Guru Vijay sir transformed his bodybuilding passion and trained him like never before, it is because of him he transformed his body into perfect posture and won various competitions all over India.

He got a perfect kick start in his career when in 2013, he won his first Gold Medal and became Mr.Gurgaon (now Gurugram). From that point, he never looked back and again won the Mr.Gurgaon award in 2014. The winning streak continued and Gurgaon transformed into Gurugram and Mr. Gurugram from city champion state champion. He became Mr.Haryana in 2016 and remained for two consecutive years. And the new year, brought Irfan with new gifts in the form of  Mr.Delhi and finally Mr. India in bodybuilding. He is also going to represent India in an international Bodybuilding championship this year, let's hope he may bring a gold medal from there too.
